Where is your clinic located?

We are conveniently located on the corner of Baymeadows and Southside Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida.  We are in a strip mall, facing Baymeadows Rd.  We are next to GNC and behind the Publix that faces Old Baymeadows Rd.
